Hey there @scoop33G,
Thanks for reaching out on the Community! Hope you don't mind us moving your post, as this will give us a better view over what you're experiencing 🙂
The behavior you're describing can sometimes be related to tracks previously being added to the Play Queue, meaning that the full queue will play before the playlist you just selected continues.
To make sure we cover all bases, could you double-check so that the Play Queue is cleared and empty? You can do so by following the steps under Remove tracks on this page.
Also, if you're using Spotify on desktop, please note that a few updates the app's layout and functions were recently made. For example, if you'd like see the track's current position in a playlist, you just need to open the Now Playing View and click on the playlist title located above the album cover in the panel to the right.
On another note, there was previously a "Hey Spotify" feature, however, it has now been deprecated. You can still access and use other voice assistants from our integrated partners - such as Google Voice Assistant and Siri. You can also use voice commands with certain smart speakers. Feel free to have a look here for more details.
In regards to the 2 accounts you're seeing - it sounds like your account might be displayed on two different pages. You can access the Web Player and listen to music on 'open.spotify.com', while your account page (where you can update your personal info, subscription, etc.) can be accessed through https://www.spotify.com/account/overview/.
As long as you're using the same login details when signing into Spotify on different devices, the Web Player or the account page - you will see the same account info listed on all pages.
Hope this helps! Feel free to let us know how you get on and if you have any further questions.
