PlayStation problems

I used to have a PlayStation network account but I forgot the password and the account could not be recovered. My Spotify account is linked to my old PlayStation network account and I can’t get it to unlink. I want to have my Spotify account on my new PlayStation account but I can’t get it to in link form my old one what should I do

Login to this page:

https://www.spotify.com/account/apps/

Find  "PlayStation®Network  PlayStation Network account link"

and click on the "Revoke Acccess link.

Does that work? Also you may see some other apps listed there. The other ones listed should be ok. A few of them relate to the Spotify Community login here and a few other Spotify ones.
