Playlist repeating first three songs without repeat on.

Playlist repeating first three songs without repeat on.

When listening to my 2022 wrapped playlist and only that playlist it repeats the first three songs. If I skip or start playing further down the playlist it will play 2-3 songs then go back to the first three songs in that playlist. I’ve tested another playlist and it doesn’t happen. Help, I like those songs but not that much.

Hi there,

Thanks for reaching out. Could you please provide us the following:

  • The exact makes, models and OS/Firmware versions of all your affected devices
  • The exact Spotify Versions you use.
  • Is this on all devices or only on specific one(s)?
  • Screenshots or a video of the behaviour

With this information, we’d be happy to investigate.

Keep us posted

Same issue here, with all playlists (albums are OK). Is there a fix pls?  Thanks, MB

Hey @MB8888,

Welcome to the Community and thank you for joining the conversation. Sorry for the late response as we just came across this thread.

This type of case id commonly related to some damaged cache stored on your device. In case you haven't tried before, we'd recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app by following the steps in this article. This is often an overlooked step, but it's more thorough than a quick one and can be helpful in getting rid of any cache that might be causing trouble.

If the issue persists, make sure that the play queue is empty. If not, you can remove the play queue by following the steps mentioned in this article.

Lastly, to continue investigating the case, include in your next response the make, model and OS version of your device, along with the Spotify version you're currently running to continue investigating the case.

We'll be on the lookout.
