Podcast Artwork won't update in Spotify

Hi,

I have a podcast on Spotify (here) whereby I host the files on my website and use feedburner to generate the RS feed. I changed the artwork last year (feedburner points to an artwork file hosted on my domain under the SmartCast settings) and it's updated in iTunes but it's still showing the old version on Spotify.

I did assume that it was perhaps just the cache on my computer storing the old file, however I've checked on various computers and devices and it doesn't seem to be a problem on my end. Any ideas on how to force it to change?
