Podcast not uploading

I manage a podcast through Podbean and all our episodes have synced until the one that was uploaded on Wednesday, 5/1. That one has posted everywhere else except to Spotify. The connection between Podbean and Spotify is still active. Can you tell me why it hasn't posted?
