My Question or Issue

Hello. Podcasts are only playing audio. Does the free version not allow video?

Spotify video podcasts are available to watch on desktop and mobile devices for both Free and Premium users. By saying that you're not able to, you got us thinking that you might be experiencing an issue. For starters, we'll need to gather as much info as possible here. Are videos not working on all of your devices? Does this happen with multiple podcasts or only with a specific one? Are you able to watch videos while using a different internet connection? 
 

On another note, would you mind letting us know what troubleshooting you've tried so far? This'll help us avoid repeating steps.

Thanks for getting back to me quickly, Lyubka ☺️ When it only played audio on my android media box, I then installed spotify on my android tablet, but issue remained. Just now, on my media box I deleted the spotify app cache, which fixed it! I didn't do that yesterday since a new install on my tablet had the same issue, so I didn't bother. But it's now working, so all is well 😁
