Premium expiring soon & app not loading in Offline mode

Hi, I need help with my Premium Student subscription.
I purchased Premium Student yesterday but my account says it will end today (8/09/2025) and shows no next billing date.

Because it’s showing that my plan ends today, I can’t use offline mode properly — it just shows a black loading screen when I turn off data.

Thanks for reaching out on the Community! Hope you don't mind us moving your post to our Help Board, as it fits better here.

As it sounds like the issue you're experiencing with the payment could be due to a few different reasons, there are some things we can recommend:

• Ensure that latest payment was processed correctly. This can be viewed in the Order History tab on the account page.
• Double-check the exact dates. As you mentioned you paid the other day, please have a look if the date might be for the upcoming month instead.
• If it says that your subscription will expire, head over to Manage your subscription to see if the option to renew it  appears.

On another note, you should be able to use the app in Offline Mode as long as you're on Premium. This means that even if the subscription is expiring soon, you'll have access to all features until the remaining Premium time runs out.

Could you see if you notice any difference in the app behavior in Offline Mode after clearing stored cache? Just make sure to log out and back in again once it's done, as it'll resync your account info.
