Queue is greyed out

Queue button greyed out suddenly, tried clean installing, logging in again, restarted device but its still the same

Does this happen when listening to any type of content? Could you show us a screenshot of how the queue looks like on your end?
Aside from this, we'd like to know if the issue would persist if you log in with your account on a different mobile device.

If it's not present on a different device, it's most likely related to your specific mobile device configuration. 
With this in mind, we'd also like to ask you for your device make & model, as well as its OS version and your Spotify app version.
