Random Chapter in Audiobook

1. I'm listening to an audiobook (Shades of Grey by Jasper Fforde) and chapter 102 belongs to another book. Chapter 101 is fine, chapter 103 comes back to the same British male narrator but chapter 102 has an American sounding woman taking about chapter 10 of her book. There's no where to signal that it's a chapter from the wrong book.

You can check out this thread about how to report content on Spotify and 2. Inaccurate metadata or faulty audio in particular, since this sounds like a publishing error and it'd be best to have it reported.
