Yes I have it too and it's a mess!  And you can't start the podcast because it keeps replaying the dang ad. We pay monthly to get rid of ads! The ads are loud and blaring in our ears.  I am so sick and tired of BEING YELLED AT ABOUT SPECTRUM INTERNET which I already have.  Today, I'm trying to listen to In Review Movies about Twisters film...It's been AN HOUR. I can't listen to the podcast...I can't even get it to start,  because the ad crashes the podcast. HIt play..>SPECTRUM!!!!!!!   **Crashes** Hit play SPECTRUM!!!  **Crashes** Hit play.  SPECTRUM!!!!!!!  **Crashes** This is horrible. Fix this! we were promised no ads by paying. This is against all of our contracts.

Thanks for reaching out. You had posted in an old defunct thread about a different issue, so we moved your post out to be separate.

 

This is some strange behaviour. So that we can look into this further, could you please provide us the following:

  • Is this on all devices or only on specific one(s)? What devices does it happen on?
  • When did this start happening?
  • Is only that specific podcast affected? Is it only that specific ad that causes it?
  • A video of the behaviour. If the files are too large to attach here in the Community, you can send them to us via Google Drive or as unlisted YouTube videos.

With this information, we’d be happy to investigate.
