Why I can't delete my recently played songs on Spotify

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community. We moved your post from the Chat board to the relevant Help board, where it fits better.

We can confirm that it's not currently possible to remove songs from the Recently played playlist. 

However, it looks like other users would like to have this option as well and they submitted this idea about it. You can add your vote to it by clicking on the Thumbs up icon. 

The Idea Exchange is a great way for us to see what our users are interested in and how many people like a certain idea.
