Hello,

I am not able to control my TV  (Samsung UE55F6640) with my smartphone. I downloaded the APP (for the TV and phone) but when i select the settings area the screen gets black. I have no problems to control my Laptop with the smartphone but it is not working for the TV and it is not available on devices on my phone. The APP is up to date on my phone and my TV.

May someone help me with this problem?
