Samsung soundbar MS650 and spotify doesn't work

Hi all,

We used to be able to play music on the soundbar via Spotify family premium account. Right now only my bf can use this feature. Every other way for playing music on the soundbar works for all of us, just not spotify. It doesn't recognize the soundbar as a connected device. 

Tried everything I could think of like restarting wifi, re-installing apps, nothing works. All apps have the newest version.

Anyone a great idea to fix this?

Same here. Newest versions of everything. Tried resetting soundbar. Renaming sounbar, still nothing Greetings, Arno
