Search is broken on desktop and web player

every time I search for something, even something simple like The Eurythmics or James Brown, I get "An error occurred, please try again later" I can search just songs or just albums fine, but I cannot click show all results without getting the error. This happens on the windows desktop version and the web player.

Are you still experiencing this or was this a temporary error?

If yes, please check if there is a firewall activated that might block the connection to the Spotify servers. ^^
