Issue

Yesterday , we've got spotify premium family , but as per as it was mentioned that getting premium would unlock lyrics on pc , but I still cannot access the lyrics menu , it's unclickable on my pc menu. It's really sad. Hope someone helps me solving this issue...

Does it help if I suggest a song for which I know there to be lyrics available?  I can see them on a Windows 11 PC in Firefox browser:

In this case, we'd like to start by adding some insights. Keep in mind that, there are some reasons that might explain why you can't see the lyrics for a song/you see the lyrics button greyed out:

• Lyrics are not available for that song.
• You're using Offline mode. Lyrics don't work with Offline Mode.
• You're using a device that doesn't support the lyrics feature.

That being explained, if you've checked the above but issues persists, we'd suggest you log out and log in twice in a row onto your Spotify account. This could sound a little bit odd, but this way the system will force a resync of your account in general.
 

If the above doesn't do the trick, @Shahriar_Sarker_Aniq, would you mind sharing with us the link to the song? Does this happen with all songs? 

@scootchs, thanks for sharing with us the link to the song. Would you mind sharing with us more info about the device in which you noticed issues? Are you using Connect?
