Someone created an artist account for me.

Hello, 

Someone created an artist account with myname i don't know who is and also i dont have any agreement with agency? How can I complain to this artist page? or what should I do to get this page on me.

Just to clarify, do these tracks belong to you, and/or are you already an artist? If so, we suggest that you get in touch with Spotify for Artists for further assistance. 

If not, we suspect that someone with the same or similar name as you is an artist and have uploaded their music to Spotify. Having created an artist's profile for you without your agreement shouldn't happen, so it's most likely someone else.
