Song is not avaiable

I want to ask one problem that few days ago when I was in U.S. and my sister's U.S. spotify account, this song is available.

But when I come back to Taiwan few days later, use myself spotify account.

This song is not available anymore!!

What happen on this?

Does anybosy has such similar situation?

Whilst I can't say for certain what the cause of this is without looking into it further, it might be because the song is region-blocked in Taiwan.
