Song starts playing about 20 seconds in, but track time shows 0:00.

Did this start after any updates on your device?  My Spotify is doing the same thing, and other apps are buggy after my last big update.

We hope you don't mind us moving your post, as it fits better here in a new thread.

That being said, would you mind sharing with us if you've done some troubleshooting steps? If you haven't, you can start by cleanly reinstalling the app on the affected device. That way, the app can be up-to-date, and you can make sure the cache is not leading to this behavior.

If the above doesn't do the trick, we'd like to gather some additional info to better understand what's happening on your side. Please send us:

• The make/model and OS of the affected device.
• The exact Spotify version you're running there.
• A detailed description of the issue you're experiencing.
• Since you mentioned this is happening with other apps, would you mind checking if this is happening on a different device?
