Songs Cannot be Played only from my account

Songs Cannot be Played only from my account

Hi. I have been trying play songs on my account from a few days. I tried playing on different devices but as soon as I click the song it appears and dissappears. I am unable to play any song. I made a new account to check if it's the phone or account and I was able to play songs seamlessly. I have tried clean installing, login logout. Can somebody help me out?

Is this with songs by a particular artist? If so, you might have blocked them in the mobile app. To undo this, go to their artist page and tap the three dots menu > Allow to play artist.

In case this happens with songs that are tagged as explicit, make sure you've enabled playback of explicit content.

 

If the issue persists, and everything works well on the new account, you can transfer your playlists and the artists/users you follow there by following the steps in this article.
