Sonos not detected

Sonos not detected

  • My Pixel 3 is not detecting my Sonos speakers in the spotify app. The speakers do not appear in Spotify Connect. What should I do?

Hey there @Flogabray,

 

Thank you for your post here in the Community. We're happy to help.

 

We suggest that you do the following:

  • Check if the Spotify version and device firmware are up to date
  • Make sure both devices are on the same Wi-Fi network
  • Restart your router

If that doesn't do the trick, we suggest that you perform a clean reinstall. This will make sure there's no old cache files causing this.
