My Question or Issue

Hello Spotify Community,

I'm facing the following issue:
My wife and I use a Spotify Premium Duo subscription. Additionally, we have several Amazon Echo devices in operation. We have created a household account in my Amazon account and linked the corresponding Spotify account to each Amazon account. So far, everything works well. However, what does not work is Spotify Connect. The problem is that one Amazon household account shows the Echo devices, but not the speaker groups, while the other Amazon household account shows all the speaker groups, but not the individual Echo devices. More specifically, the Echo devices are displayed, but it says underneath that they are being activated, which never actually happens.

What I have already tried (for both accounts):

- Disabling and reconnecting the Spotify skill
- Uninstalling and reinstalling the Spotify app
- Restarting the Echo devices (only helps for a few minutes)

The problem started around October 2023 and is still current to this day.
Can you give me some advice here?

Hey @Thasitis,

Thanks for reaching out and kudos for the troubleshooting you've tried so far.

As a next step, can you please let us know the models of the devices and the exact message you're seeing in the Connect device list (a screenshot would be best)?

We'll be on the lookout for your reply.
