Could you let us know your device's make, model and OS version, as well as the version of your Spotify app? Feel free to also share the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far so we avoid repeating them.
A video which showcases the issue in action would be much appreciated - just attach it to your reply.
In case you haven't already, try some basic troubleshooting, like clearing the app's cache or reinstalling to see if that does the trick. If possible, try logging in to another mobile device to see if the issue occurs there.
