Spotify Xbox One app is on a endless loading loop

I have tried every thing I can think of to exit out of this loop. The following have not fixed my problem: 

Restarting console 

Restarting wifi

Useing Ethernet 

Unisntalling and reinstalling 

Connecting through other logged in devices

If anyone knows a solution to this problem that would be great, thanks in advance for your input.

Could you give us a bit more info about this? Is your Spotify not loading at all, or does it have trouble going to a specific tab like Albums or Playlists?

A screenshot or a picture of what you see on your end would really help.
