There might not be malicious software in Spotify, but this is malware-like behavior. A program going against the settings as specified by the user, and strapping itself into the boot-sequence regardless of user preference. Spotify application operates automatically, regardless of the fact that I turned off this feature. In my preferences "Don't open automatically" is always checked, Spotify still starts automatically every time I turn on my computer. What do I do to stop it from doing this? Already tried uninstalling and re-installing the program by using REVO Uninstaller PRO, with no luck. I didn't have this problem two days ago. Another strange feature in the Spotify application I noticed was that Spotify started the installation by itself when I clicked on the desktop application.

Operative system: Windows 7 Professional 64-bit. I hope it helps.
