Spotify for Android and Windows cannot play library

Tried reinstalling the app, didn't fix the problem

My Question or Issue

Good morning, When I use the Android app, it says I am offline. I switched between mobile data and wifi, but I cannot access the music in my library (except for the ones cached locally). I also cannot search for songs. I tried signing out and signing in again, but after signing out the app tells me "A system error has occurred".

I continued trying to play it using the Windows version, but when I tried to play music that wasn't cached, the app said "Spotify can't currently play this content. If you have a local file for this content, you can import it."

Finally I tried the webplayer and everything works fine, can play, can browse my library, can search.

Does anyone know what this problem is? If spotify can fix it, it would be much appreciated!
