Spotify is slow when a song is supposed to be played

Everytime a new song is supposed to be played it doesn't start right away. It takes about 1 minute before it starts and that happens everytime. Both when I change the song or if it does it by it selft because of the shuffle function.

This is only on my computer. On my phone I can change song and it starts to play directly.

I have activated repeat and shuffle and when a song is over it still doesen't change song directly. 

I want to be able to use spotify on my computer to. What can I do? I have done a restart and try to install it again but the problem is still there.
