Spotify keeps repeating 1-2 seconds of the first song in my playlist

evey time i try to pick a song from one of my playlist. it goes to the first song in the playlist and play it till 2 seconds in. Then it restarts the song. This happens on every playlist and every device.

• The model, OS version and the Spotify version of the affected devices.
• Does this happen in the web player as well? Both on Wifi and mobile data?
• Do you get the same behavior with podcast episodes?
