Spotify limited edition headset broke. how can i replace/fix it?

Hi,

A few years ago due to working in a partnership with spotify i was gifted a limited edition spotify headset that i've been using proudly not only because they are "unique" but also because the sound quality and microphone quality are superb. Unfortunatly today they broke and I caved into soul crushing misery just thinking about having to get a diferent headset.
Is there any way, any way at all that i can have them repaired or replaced in any way?
I love your headset too much and if i can find a way to keep using it I most defenetly will!

also I just noticed I created a new spotify account for this post linked to my facebook instead of using my regular one, so if anyone can merge them or delete the facebook one (has no premium) that would be amazing as well.
