My Question or Issue

I have been having an issue for months now where my car display just says unknown, everything is up to date both the app and my car cannot update any further. I do not have this problem in my work vehicle but in my personal car. I have tried everything, re-dowloading the app and everything, still just says unknown, how can I fix this?

It's great that you've already performed some troubleshooting steps, but it would be helpful if you could share some more info so we can get a better understanding of the situation. You can also share a bit more about your current setup.

Let us know:

• Did you notice when this started happening (was it after an update for example)?
• Do you have issues with any other apps in the car?
• Have you tested with another Spotify account (if possible, ask a relative or a friend to log in)?
• Have you tested with another network connection?
• Lastly, where exactly do you see the error message? Is it when you open Spotify or when you're trying to play music for example?
