Subscribe to internet podcasts with the Spotify Player?

I listen to a few music podcasts such as https://musicforprogramming.net/ and https://somafm.com/ -- these have a .pls and/or .rss feeds. Instead of listening to these podcasts with the Apple Podcast app, I'd like to listen to them in the Spotify app-- this will simplify my life a bit as I'll need one less application.

Is it possible to use Spotify to subscribe to internet podcasts?

Thank you for your post here in the Community.

We don’t have all the world’s music and podcasts on Spotify, and what we do have varies over time and between countries. It all depends on permissions from rights holders.

We add new content every day, so if you can’t find something, it may appear soon.
