[Suggestion] Allow local files sync from mobile to spotify

As I have heard, people have complained that this is still not available and how some people haven't got access to a computer. However, in my case it is due to convenience because of the process of opening my rig just to move a few songs seems kind of time consuming, so please make it available for users to move songs from their local Mobile library.
