There is no response to the artist profile request

Hello, I applied for the rights to the artist's profile, at first I received replies by email asking me to contact the label to be added to the team, but I only released one track there and am no longer associated with the label, I wanted to link the page As an artist, I eventually stopped receiving replies from Spotify, what should I do? emails no longer arrive
