Troubleshooting

I am using Spotify on my chromebook in the browser, usually for some reason I can only listen to Spotify once for a while or before I close it out, once I do and open it back up later, it says that something went wrong, I usually can't listen to Spotify for the rest of the day.

Right, I'm so sorry for saying that incorrectly.

It seems like other people are affected by this problem too, here's what they said

I think you should contact support about this still ongoing problem here. You can tweet them using the @SpotifyCares handle or you can fill out a contact form here.

I hope I was of some help,

let me know if you need anything else

Are you saying  your webrowser is closed completely and you open it back up and are at Spotify's website and it won't play?

At some point of the day I'm listening to music. Later I try to use
Spotify again but it won't work.

Have you tried closing it and reopening it?

Yes, I have even tried shutting down the chromebook, and I can't do a
complete reset because it belongs to my school and if I do then I won't be
able to connect to their network so I'll have to turn it in for setup which
will likely cost me.

Okay, try reinstalling the application if you're using the application and not the webplayer

If that doesn't work let me know, I'm happy to provide more help

I'm using the webplayer and am unable to install the app.

Can you reinstall it without deleting it?

I cannot install it at all because my admin won't let me, but my problem is
with the webplayer, NOT the app.

Unfortunately, that's not the problem, the webplayer is not generating a
504 error.
