Tv stops playing after one song

Tv stops playing after one song

Two days ago my Spotify stops playing after one song. The audio cuts out and the screen goes dark. Here are a few things I have tried that sadly did not help:
. Turned off any energy saving settings
. Removed the cache
. Deleted and reinstalled the app
. Disabled crossfade
. Checked internet connection. It’s stable and can stream movies no problem
. Spotify app is completely up to date.
So my suspicion is a bug in the waitlist because the songs don’t seem to transfer the audio. Does anyone struggle with this aswell?

We appreciate all the troubleshooting you've tried so far. To continue investigating this behavior, could you check if this happens with a different Wi-Fi connection as well? 

 

Also, would you mind confirming if you have the "Autoplay" option turned on in your settings? If you don't have the option available, it's worth turning it off on a mobile device or PC, closing the app on the TV and trying again after a couple of minutes to see if it makes any difference. 

 

Lastly, include in your next response the make and OS version of your TV.
