Unknown device still using my account after I've taken security measures

Unknown device still using my account after I've taken security measures

I'm a Spotify Premium subscriber who primarily listens on my iPhone, as well as on the web player on my work laptop. Recently, I noticed that someone was listening to music on my account using a Galaxy Note device (which I do not own, nor does anyone in my house). They even created a playlist. I used the "log out everywhere" option, reset the password on the Facebook account that I use to log in, and deauthorized any app tokens that weren't actively in use. I also checked the list of connected devices, but the only devices on this list are ones that I own. Yet, today, there is still someone listening to songs on my account.

What is going on here and are there any other options I have to troubleshoot this? I would love for someone from Spotify to look into this issue, but can't figure out how to write directly to customer support.
