We've received several reports about the lowered volume levels on PS4 and PS5 after the latest update. Our tech folks are aware of this and are looking into the matter. We've passed on your feedback to the relevant teams.
Currently we don't have official info on when this will be fixed, so keep your system up to date just in case the fix is issued in one of the upcoming updates.

Still waiting. Seems to vary across albums too.
Funnily enough this can be solved when you combine it with another bug. Download the app on your phone and change the volumen there while you are listening on the ps4
Spotify is way too quiet it's not like how it used to be please fix this
