My Question or Issue

Just recently I am now unable to play spotify through my web browser. I normally use firefox but i can also use it on internet Explore and Microsoft Edge. Because this is a work computer i do not have access to download the spotify app or Google Chrome. The error message i keep getting is "This browser doesn't support Spotify Web Player. Switch Browsers or Download spotify for your desktop". About 2 weeks ago i was using the web browser on Firefox with 0 issues so i do not know what happened in that time frame. I have looked up other solutions like enabling the DRM content, allowing cookies, and deleting the Cache and nothing is working. Can someone please help because without being able to use the web browser i have 0 use for Spotify and will then have to cancel the subscription.
