Recently, (As of November-ish of 2016) Spotify Web Player refuses to work for my Windows RT. As you may know, (And as annoying as it is) you cannot download software on an 8.1 RT model unless it's in the Windows App Store. This leaves me without my playlists and other types of singular music. Any solutions for this one?

That's odd. Can you let us know what operating system and browser are you using? Also, are you getting any error messages? If so, a screenshot would be super helpful.
In the meantime, try clearing your browser's cache/cookies and refreshing. Does that help at all?
