My Question or Issue
My artist pages are not loading on web player from anywhere not even when searching for them it always says
"Oooops, something went wrong while loading the artist.
Search for something else?"
I have tried to restart the website many times and same with my browser and laptop but his doesn't fix this.
I have tried to log out and back in but it still will not load.

Thanks for searching for the answer you need here.
Could you let us know if the issue persists with an incognito browser? If it get's resolved it would seem that the cache and cookies are interfering with the connection. An easy solution for this would be to delete them.
If this doesn't fix things it's a good idea to try and replicate the behavior on another device or with a different account. We'd also appreciate it if you sent us a screenshot of the message you mention. You can attach it to your post, just make sure to hide any personal info.
