What's happening to my playlists?

Hi guys.

I'm hoping someone can help me.

All of a sudden my playlists are being deleted and being replaced with "mystery" playlists from other users and it's doing my head in.

I'll either delete/unfollow the playlist and another one will take its place when I next open Spotify.

Has anyone experienced this before? I've signed out of everywhere - changed my password but no joy.

Would Bluetooth be the issue? I have a new car with Bluetooth so I can stream from my phone and it occasionally starts playing elsewhere as if I'm signed in on other devices but I'm not?

Just checked and there's only my android Mobile phone listed.

I'm assuming tags from me choosing to "sign out from everywhere" earlier as my laptop and tablet should normally be connected.

And even after that this behaviour persists?

You are probably hacked. Reset your password asap and if you are connected by Facebook than reset that password as well
