Why am I unable to access Library and saved artists

I keep getting below message for the past week:
Something went wrong while loading your artists.

Hi there!

 

What device(s) does this issue occur on? Could you share the make, model and OS version, as well as the version of Spotify you're running? 

 

It's worth clearing the app's cache to see if that does the trick - just follow the steps in this article. If possible, you can ask a friend or a relative who uses Spotify to log in to their account on your device and check if they'd get the same behavior.

 

In any case, a short screen recording which captures this in action would be greatly appreciated, as we can get a clear idea of what's happening on your end.
