Why is it saying the address doesn’t match when it does?

I signed up for the duo plan, and I sent the link to my partner, but it keeps telling him the address doesn’t match.

Hi there,

 

Thanks for reaching out. Consider checking the following:

  1. Make sure that the address the member is inputting is exactly the same as it is on your end. Even a difference such as Str. instead of Street is enough to have the address rejected. Change the address on your end if necessary
  2. Make sure that the country set on both accounts and in the Duo plan match. This can be checked on each account's respective account page.
  3. If everything else seems to work, have the user try accepting the invite from an incognito window instead.
