Why is my Spotify acting weird?!?!

Ever since like 3-4 days ago my Spotify app has been acting weird.. So I went on Spotify and went to my favorite play list and I'm listing to music and then the next song comes on but it's not even in any of my playlists but it was by one of the artists in the playlist and so I skipped it and then the same thing keeps happening and now I can't even skip the song!! This is driving me insane!!!!!!!!!!!

Are you using Spotify on mobile? Spotify free on mobile adds suggested songs.

Are you on Chrome? Try doing this

(on chrome: click hamburger icon at upper-right > Settings, scroll to bottom, Show advanced settings..., Privacy > Content Settings > All cookies and site data, search for 'spotify', and when the search turns up all your spotify cookies, Remove all.)
