My Question or Issue

I posted promoted my Spotify account on a discord server I was apart of to gain playlist followers. I expected real people to follow and I woke up to 100+ new followers on my account who are all bots. I want to get rid of them ASAP. Please spotify or someone help, this is freaking me out!
