can I stop sexually explicit podcasts from autoplaying?

...or, do I need to close this account? I listened to like 2 adult episodes, months ago, in the midst of a bunch of politics and automotive podcasts. I've tried repeatedly clicking "not interested" to no avail. It's too bad there isn't a "no really, I mean it, I'm not interested, and if you autoplay sexually explicit material around my family or in public then this is my last straw" button.
