conflict with outlook

Since last update Spotify is conflicting with Outlook.  It works ok for about 3 hours, then it doesn't support color and turns screen blue, then my email locks up.  I need to close Spotify and then re-open.  Happens again and again all day.  I have done a clean removal and download.  I had my tech department help - no one can figure out why it is suddenly sharing memory with outlook.
