create new play lists

I was allowed by Spotify to establish 3 playlist. After that I'm not allowed to create any more playlist. I'm only allowed to add my song choices to 'liked songs." Spotify is not listing ANY option to create a play list. WHY?!

Do I have to delete my already established playlist in order to create new ones? Thanks for you help🤔

Interesting, you should be able to create new playlists via the (+) button in Your Library. What device are you using? Are you able to create new playlists via another device or the Web Player? Note that you may need to expand Your Library first:

If you haven't already, try logging out and signing back in to your account twice in a row - this will trigger an internal refresh of the app that may help here. It's also worth performing a clean reinstall of the app.
