episodes are glitch on xbox

Every time i listen to a episode while playing a game it goes back a second,or ten or 30 or the WHOLE EPISODE it’s so annoying not being able to listen to music.

Could you let us know if this has always happened or if it started happening after a specific event such as an update? 

On another note, could you check if the same happens if you're using a different network? We'd also like to know if this happens with all podcasts/episodes or only with some specific ones.

Additionally, could you check if there are any pending system updates for your Xbox?
