Hey. I bought spotify duo with my friend and I can't play my downloaded songs offline, why is that?

We hope you don't mind us moving your post out of the subscription section, as it fits better here.

Now, in this case, would you mind sending us more details about exactly what is happening on your side? Are you seeing the downloaded content, but you cannot play it? Or are you not able to download content at all? Please send us as many details as possible.

If you haven't yet, we'd suggest you perform a clean reinstall of the app. By doing that, the app can be up-to-date, and you can make sure the cache is not leading to downloaded content not playing when offline. You can find out the steps to do it here.

Note: Be aware, this process will remove all the content you've downloaded so far.

If the above doesn't do the trick, then we'd like to gather some additional info. Please send us:

• The make/model and OS of the affected device.
• The exact Spotify version you're running there.
• Does this happen across all your devices?
