how do I get online?

It keeps telling me to click the three dots in the upper left corner but I don't see the three dots. Also keep in mind I'm on a chrome book.

Thanks for reaching out!

If you're using a Chromebook, you can either use the Web Player or install the mobile version of the app via the Google Play app store.
The Web Player is online-based, so I'm assuming it's the latter for you, so in case you're using the app, select your profile picture in the upper left corner of your Home tab -> Settings & privacy -> Data-saving and offline -> toggle Offline mode off.
